Food and cycling - what could be a better combination? Ride to eat, eat to ride! Bici Sport is partnering with Risibisi’s celebrity chef, Fabio Flagiello to create monthly Saturday morning rides with gourmet brunch afterwards at Risibisi Restaurant. Mmm, mmmm good. Where else can you eat a gourmet meal in lycra? For December, the ride will be on the 22nd to celebrate not only the Holidays but also Fabio’s son, Lucca’s, one year birthday and Bici Sport’s two year anniversary. There may be some special cycling guest stars to “Roll” with. Their names are hidden to protected heir professional images. Please bring a check for $42 dollars to the beginning of the ride. The $42 will cover the cost of the special Holiday menu, tax and tip. Rain will cancel the ride but lunch will still be served and eaten. Check out pictures of last October’s ride. Please note: These rides are unsupported rides. Please bring any tools, tubes, tires you need to be self sufficient on the road. We will try not to drop anyone but you should be prepared to ride by yourself if the occasion arises. .
