"The staff in this shop are very helpful and informative, they mostly stock road bikes, but behind the counter they can order up anything you can imagine. Cool place just to go into and sit on the couch after a long ride. Bici Sport does not have a big store front, but don't judge a book by its cover. The Customer Service here blows competition away, they know almost EVERYTHING u have to ask, whether it's about fitting a road bike to price range on a DJ/Urban frame. This shop is awesome! "very relaxed and friendly. i was shopping for a new road bike and i called around to a number of shops. i talked to andrew the owner on the phone and he was very informative and friendly. small shop but the vibe was real relaxed. it's the kind of shop you want to hang out at. i ordered a bianchi 928. i got a great price and it was delivered in only a week and a half. i was very happy but, the best part was the fitting. andrew set my new cleats and took the time to properly fit me. i'm 5'4" so i'm not an easy person to fit. i took it for a test ride (up D st. to san antonio rd., back down I st., back to the shop ) and the bike felt it was custom made for me. andrew listened to my comments with respect. bici sport has a customer for life!" -- Norton

Went in there the first time to ask about fitting a helmet and could not drag my husband away from the road bikes! Andrew the owner is really easy to talk to and takes the time to answer all your questions. This is the place to go if you are a competitive rider or just a beginner! Took my daughter to a Bike Safety class that Andrew and his cool shop employee Devin volunteer-taught today. "Bici Sport, Petaluma: Small "old school" bike shop. Took my Cervelo R3 in for a tune up, I think the owner really knows bikes, esp race so I was more than comfortable about dropping my "baby" off! The guys threw on an 11-25 rear cassette/chain and new Fizik bar tape. Great job and I was riding the same day. "I only take my bikes to Bici for service - there I know the work is done right the first time. Been a cyclist for over 20 years mostly as a triathlete but also an avid mountain biker and have a garage full of bikes. Used to do the mechanical work on them myself but these days work does not no leave much spare time and I'd rather ride them than maintain them.
